Insulation

Loft insulation plays a critical role in keeping the heat out and the cool in! This may sounds obvious; however, in the excitement of purchasing a new home many purchasers forget to check whether the developer has gone to the expense of installing loft insulation. At Turquoise Ridge all homes have been installed with a 6" layer of loft insulation. Any heat build up inside the loft is able to escape due to the vents installed in the fascia board.
